We were actually pretty pleased with the recent artwork for the upcoming reboot of Marvel's infamous mutants; a set of posters that seemed to mimic the early Phantom Menace one-sheets by showing us the icons that the film's fresh faced protagonists would one day become.
But the same can't be said about the studio's latest efforts which look like they've been produced by ten year olds with handicraft sets rather than photoshopping professionals. Come on, we could do better arme donly with our feet and a rudimentary potato printing kit.
We understand and even quite like the understated thinking behind the silhouette, after all we're talking about some of the most iconic characters in all of comicdom. But why then spoil the effect by blotting out their midriff (for midriff read crotch - Ed) with the blurry egg-shaped mugshots of the prequel's star performers...
