Things are heating up.
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire director Francis Lawrence has revealed some details about the shooting of the highly anticipated sequel, specifically, the use of IMAX cameras.
Several sequences were shot using the IMAX technology, like The Dark Knight or Mission Impossible 4, which will see the screen size increase dramatically for those particular moments. But rather than try to explain any further, we'll let the professionals do the talking…
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is the sequel to 2011's hugely popular The Hunger Games, and once again centres on Katniss Evergreen (Jennifer Lawrence) who returns home a winner, having survived the ultra-violent annual games in which she partook, along with her fellow winner, Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson).
But trouble is brewing in the form of a rebellion, and President Snow (Donald Sutherland) is hell-bent on gaining revenge on the pair of winners for breaking the rules (to misquote Highlander, there should only be one... winner).
Catching Fire lands in cinemas this November.
