Surreal sci-fi thriller Snowpiercer is to be shown without cuts.
The two-hour long film directed by South Korea's Bong Joon-ho was facing a 20 minute cut imposed by producer Harvey Weinstein because he felt the movie was too long.
"They wanted a more speedy tempo," the director said.
However, an audience at a Berlinale screening of the movie were told that the film, starring Chris Evans and Tilda Swinton, has emerged uncut.
