Logan's Run Ending?

Hugh Jackman has been talking about his involvement in the X-Men prequel sequel, Days Of Future Past.

Jackman is reported to have earned $20 million for his second stand alone movie as the Wolverine, which is currently in post-production but he has revealed that he is not committed to any more outings in the X-Men universe beyond Bryan Singer's return to the franchise.

Jackman explains:

"I first heard about [Days of Future Past] around October or November...I was literally finishing The Wolverine and dreaming about lasagna, and about three weeks before the end, they told me."

When he heard that so many X-Men alumni were returning, he confesses:

"There was no way I was not going to be part of that."

He also admits that he has yet to read a finished script, having only seen an 8 page synopsis, something also mentioned by both Sir Patrick Stewart and Sir Ian McKellen.

A measure of the depth of respect and trust the original cast seem to have for Bryan Singer.

X-Men: Days of Future Past will start shooting in mid-April in Montreal.
