She'll take the lead.
Bruce Dallas Howard has been approached to star in the next Jurassic Park venture, according to reports.
Howard, best known for The Village, Spider-Man 3 and for being the daughter of directing legend Ron Howard, is apparently being sought for the lead role in the sequel, the plot details of which remain very much under wraps.
What we do know is, the movie will (at least partly) take place on the first film's island, Isla Nublar, that there's a chance it will feature a fully-working theme park, and Jack Reacher star David Oyelowo has also been approached for a part.
The film will be directed by Colin Trevorrow under guidance from Steven Spielberg with an expected release date in June 2015.
In other casting news, Michael B. Jordan (Chronicle, The Wire) is being lined up for a lead role in the Independence Day sequel, possibly as the grown-up version of Will Smith's son in the first movie.
Meanwhile, Christoph Waltz is set to play the villain in a new version of Tarzan, despite the project apparently falling through earlier this year. Alexander Skarsgard is likely to don the loincloth as the jungle man.
