New Amazing Spider-Man Trailer and R-Pat twocs Guy's motor

spiderman-01It's here - the new Amazing Spider-Man trailer.

Outcast high schooler Peter Parker (Brit Andrew Garfield) gives us a bit of back story (abandoned by his parents as a boy and raised by his uncle Ben (Martin Sheen) and Aunt May (Sally Field).

We also see him swinging through New York's canyons, getting chummy with a high school crush (Emma Stone), taking out a car thief and meeting his nemesis, his father's former partner Dr Curt Connors aka The Lizard (Rhys Ifans).

Coming to 3D, 2D and IMAX 3D cinemas on July 3, the action adventure also stars Denis Leary, Campbell Scott and Irrfan Khan.

And it's directed by Marc Webb. Crazy.


Robert PattinsonTwilight star Robert Pattinson and Prometheus' s Guy Pearce are in talks to star in a stolen car caper set in the Australian Outback.

Written and directed by David Michôd, who made the acclaimed Animal Kingdom, Rover will star Pearce as the victim of a group of car-jackers, including Pattinson's character.

Not content with merely reporting his loss to the police, he pursues the group of men who pinched his motor through the inhospitable outback, Variety reports.

Michôd wrote the script, based on an idea that he created with his Animal Kingdom star Joel Edgerton.


Kellan-LutzThe legend of Tarzan is to be updated for a new adventure starring Twilight's Kellan Lutz and Spencer Locke from the Resident Evil films.

They'll play the jungle swinger and his love interest Jane in the performance capture movie Tarzan 3D, to be directed by Reinhard Klooss and Holger Tappe.

The Constantin Film project updates the classic Edgar Rice Burroughs jungle hero, making his parents billionaire adventurers who are killed in an air crash, reports Heat Vision.

Jane is the daughter of an African guide and is committed to the conservation and preservation of the African jungle.

Together, they battle the villainous CEO of Greystoke Energies, the rotter who took over the company from Tarzan's deceased parents.
