What are we up against?
Mind-controlling sneaks who masquerade as humans and can only be seen for what they are through special sunglasses.
What have we learnt?
That we're all feeble-minded zombies who'd sell our grannies if it meant cheaper holidays. Yep, it's another allegory about consumerism and big brotherhoods wrapped in a silly sci-fi package. But it comes with one of the longest punch-ups in movie history and the best line ever: "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass... and I'm all outta bubblegum."
How do we get rid of them?
Scramble their extraterrestrial political broadcasts.
