Mason Storm: "I'm gonna take you to the bank, Senator Trent. To the blood bank!"
There was rarely any subtlety in the 80s and early 90s, and when there was, Steven Segal was nowhere to be seen. His 1990 effort, about a man who is gunned down with his family, only to wake from his coma and go on a revenge mission, clearly influenced the more recent, balls-out action flicks such as Kill Bill and Taken. Seagal will never win an award for his efforts, but Hard To Kill was him doing what he did best - killing faceless bad guys in style, and occasionally quipping in that monotone voice of his.
Adrenalin Rush: Waking up with a beard after a seven-year coma (apparently the nurses refused to shave him), Mason Storm manages to off a handful of bad guys despite being almost entirely paralysed.
